I must say this was a great choice!!! I checked the reviews before I even called and I was confident from the great feedback. I’m new to Florida and needed a trustworthy mechanic shop. I had explained to a family member what was going on with my car and they told me what it most likely was. I called East Coast to book an appointment for drop off and Jennifer was so pleasant and helpful. When the day came I dropped my car off and I believe it was Ed, he called me back in a few hours and told me exactly what my family member told me, I was blown away. He got the job done the same back and I had my car back that same afternoon!!!! I was so happy and it felt great to be serviced by trustworthy people!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Everyone wants to receive quality, and timely work at a fair price when their auto is worked on. I pull out of East Coast feeling that and more. The “more” is the feeling they are looking at the longer range maintenance for vehicle retention. A barometer of the car and its non LOF maintenance needs. Not trying to get the quick sale of work done on that visit but my return. This gives the feel of a partnership and looking after my best interests.
